At Clothio, we want your shopping experience to be simple, transparent and hassle-free. Every product is carefully checked before dispatch.

Exchange Policy

We offer 7-day exchanges from the date of delivery for size, colour or product, subject to availability.

Please double-check our size chart before ordering to choose the right fit.
For size-related exchanges, a ₹150–₹200 shipping charge will apply for the additional courier movement.
Products must be unused, unwashed and unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges for products that are damaged, defective or incorrect from our side will be handled by Clothio without the additional exchange shipping charge.
All returned products are subject to a quality check.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of delivery for eligible cases.

Refunds are applicable when:

The product received is torn, damaged or soiled from our side.
You receive a different product from what you ordered.
A genuine manufacturing or product defect is identified during inspection.

If you have a quality concern, please reach out to us. We take product quality seriously and will review your concern fairly. Personal preferences regarding fabric feel, texture, colour perception or styling do not by themselves constitute a product defect.

Refunds are processed after the product is received and approved. Prepaid refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD refunds are processed through UPI, bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping charges and COD convenience charges are non-refundable.
