7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Clothio offers a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Customers can request:

  • Size Exchange
  • Product Exchange
  • Returns (for eligible cases)

Requests raised after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.

Eligibility For Exchange & Return

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Product must be returned in original condition
  • Request must be raised within 7 days
  • No stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or misuse after delivery

All returned products go through quality inspection before approval.

Eligible Reasons For Return/Exchange

  • Size issue
  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect item delivered

Non-Eligible Products

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • Customized or altered products
  • Final sale, clearance, or discounted products (unless defective)
  • Products returned without prior approval

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Exchange options include:

  • Different size
  • Different color (if available)
  • Alternative product of equal value

If unavailable, customers may receive:

  • Store credit
  • Alternative product option
  • Refund (eligible cases)

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only for eligible cases mentioned in this policy.

Returned items are inspected before approval.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after successful product receipt and quality inspection.

Refund Timelines:

  • Prepaid Orders: 5–7 business days to original payment method
  • COD Orders: UPI, bank transfer, or store credit

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • COD convenience charges are non-refundable

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos
  • Unboxing video (recommended)
